Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an InvoiceFlow account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including free trial and Pro subscribers.

2. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to InvoiceFlow features. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial your account switches to read-only mode — your data is preserved and accessible, but you cannot create new invoices or tasks until you upgrade to Pro.

3. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of signup. Early adopter pricing is locked in for the life of that subscription. You may cancel at any time — access continues through the end of the paid billing period. We do not offer partial-month refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use InvoiceFlow only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Submit fraudulent invoices or misrepresent your business
• Attempt to access other users’ data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
• Use the service to violate any applicable law

5. Your Data

You own your invoices, job records, and business data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in InvoiceFlow. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

6. Intellectual Property

InvoiceFlow, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the platform or its components without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

InvoiceFlow is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not responsible for decisions made based on data in InvoiceFlow.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InvoiceFlow’s total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of InvoiceFlow after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
